“ Firsts” of all…

Okay here is the list of my first time experiences before the year 2007 ended!

  1. First of all..It was my first time to take a month loooong vacation leave since I entered the Every Nation School of World Missions last 2005. I went straight into the ministry after school and the times I would only take a leave is when I do MPD. So I’ve made a decision to really make the most of my vacation and try the things I’ve been dying to do when the opportune moment arrives. Ha ha

  1. First time... I tried soooo hard not to be in the net for a month, meaning I wont check my mails, or go online… coz to be in the net reminds me so much of work.. he he so far I made it! 4 weeks straight... yey! The longest so far…  ha ha

  1. first time to be disorganized.. ha ha—meaning I have no clue what day it was or what time—I’m only conscious if its xmas or new year but other than that I just let the days pass and do what I wanna do… it’s fun to be disorganized and not to think too much… ha ha sometimes.

  1. Last week of Nov. I joined this bazaar in Eastwood to do my Xmas shopping. What’s good about this bazaar is that a percentage of every item bought goes to the street kids of manila foundation. So as you shop, you were able to bless both your loved ones and the street kids of manila. Char went with me and we’ve met Mr. Pure Energy himself- Gary V. first time I met him personally and we’ve chatted for about 20 minutes. I shared my work in talents inC as a campus minister and he shared his work in UNICEF. Gary V. is one very humble guy. Coolness! I have a pix in my phone but I dont know how to download it..i think i need a gadget or something..

  1. Shook the hands of Former President Joseph Estrada and Dr. Loi as I attended the debut of Jel Ejercito at Sofitel last Nov. 30—that’s the day after the Trillanes incident. I heard he was also invited in the party…. Hmmm….

  1. I went to la union with Raya LLanto- my sister in law... and it’s our first time mega bond. will post the pix soon!

  1. Since her house is only 20 minutes from the surfing site.. we tried surfing! The best! I love the waves, the sun and I officially left my heart in la union. Ha ha

  1. Went to Vigan and toured the city for a day. You will also love this place. It’s like you’re being time warped during the El Filibusterismo era... I feel like Padre Damaso and Crisostomo Ibarra will show up anytime… and don’t forget Sisa.

  1. Last week of December, I joined Karen for wake boarding at Lago, Batangas. Wow… indeed my muscles sore for days. You will meet cool Wakers mostly Koreans doing their stunts. Karen is really good. Should you try Wake Boarding, make sure you stretch those muscles before and after... he he

  1. Progressive Dinner... have you ever tried this? Had dinner at May’s place then to Judy’s for dessert. It’s also my first time to visit their new house in Lexington and we played the white elephant game. YOu may check pinks' or judy's site

  1.  First time to visit Rico and Kitty’s place at their condo in Makati for Xmas dinner party. We also played the elephant game.

  1. Our family went to Eagle Ridge, Cavite to welcome 2008. It’s our first time as a family to spend the New Year’s Eve at the hotel- not at home.

  1. I learned how to play “tong-its”  ; 5 of us played and only my tita and kuya dong knows how.. he he

  1. Breakfast at Josephine’s tagaytay with some of my friends from the office; check roe's or meg's site

  1. I won a DVD player from Ortigas staff Christmas parteh!

  1. Preached at the last Pioneer-Youth service for this year— 1 pet. 4:10-11; here’s my main point- “when we use our gifts to serve others, it glorifies God.”

  1. First time I heard our eldest brother say “I love you” to his girlfriend... ha ha they’ll get married late this year!

God is soo good! He surely ended my year with a blast!
